Your Story Matters
A 6-week writing group for moms and women healing after pregnancy, birth, or postpartum complications
You've carried more than anyone can see.
Maybe it was the silence in the ultrasound room. The sting of being dismissed when you said something felt wrong. The way time stopped after loss while the world carried on. Or the guilt that shadows joy… the love you feel for your baby tangled with rage, grief, or fear.
If you find yourself replaying what happened, wondering why it still feels so heavy, you’re not alone.
Healing begins when you give yourself space to listen to your own story.

JOIN THE WAITLISTWhat this space is:
This is a place to set it down for a while. Not by "moving on". Not by fixing. But by writing.
Each week, I’ll offer prompts that open the door to memory and meaning. You’ll have quiet time to write, space to notice what rises, and the option (never the requirement) to share in a circle of women who understand the weight of complicated motherhood.
- 6-week writing group
- Gentle, trauma-informed writing prompts each week
- Quiet space for writing and reflection
- Optional sharing in a supportive circle
- $40 per session or $240 for the full series
- Commitment to all 6 sessions required
- No writing experience needed; just a willingness to explore your story and put pen to paper
This won't erase what happened.
But writing can help untangle what feels knotted inside.
By the end of our time together, you may notice more breath in your chest. More clarity about your story. More connection with yourself, and with others walking a similar road. Spaces are limited so that each story has room to be held. Reserve yours today.
Jennie Hardman
Founder of Whole Mother Story
I’m a therapist, a mother, and someone who’s walked alongside many stories of heartbreak, resilience, and tender beginnings. My work is rooted in nervous system care, emotional safety, and honoring the complexity of grief.
If you're here because of a loss—visible or invisible—I want you to know that your story matters. You don’t have to rush to feel better. You don’t have to tie it up with a bow. You just get to be real here.
Whole Mother Story was born from a deep belief: that we heal in safe relationships, with gentle truths, and practices that honor the full spectrum of what it means to grieve, love, and begin again.
